There are several different options for hiring Zero Proof Mocktails for your event. All options require a deposit of 50% the quoted price to reserve the date of your event. This deposit is credited toward the final bill, and is non-refundable.
If a deposit is not received at least 2 weeks before the event, a rush fee of a minimum of $30 may be applied. Events that require over 30 min. of travel may be charged a travel fee of no less than $20.

The Open Bar is the most common option for events such as weddings, business parties, etc. For Open Bars, the host covers all drink costs, and guests may go to the bar and order drinks at no cost to them. We offer several methods to determine the price of an Open Bar: Per-Guest based, Consumption based, Ticketed, and Bar Tab pricing.
This is the most common option chosen. Pricing is based on the number of estimated guests as well as the length of the event. Upon request, we will include bottled water at no extra charge. Please refer to the chart below.

PROS - You can take care of payment before the event without anticipating the unknown bill. No surprises, you know what you're paying.
CONS - Even if guests don't frequent the bar as much as you anticipated, you still must pay the agreed amount.
The ticketed option blends the benefits of an Open Bar and a Cash Bar. The host pays for a set number of drinks to be made, and is given a token or ticket for each drink, which can then be distributed to guests. Guests can exchange these tickets for drinks, and purchase additional drinks as they please.
PROS - This is ideal for weddings and other events at which guests don't stay for the majority of the event. No cost surprises.
CONS - The host must find a means of distributing the tickets/tokens.
The Bar Tab option functions similarly to that of the ticketed. The host pays for a dollar amount-worth of drinks (e.g. $400 worth of drinks). The bar is completely open for as many guests to order as many drinks as they would like until the tab is reached.
PROS - The host doesn't need to worry about allotting tickets, and there are no cost surprises
CONS - Depending on the bar tab amount, it's possible to reach the limit before some guests get drinks.
The Cash Bar is more common for conventions, fairs, dances, etc. For the Cash Bar option, your guests purchase drinks themselves. For this option we accept cash, debit, and credit cards as payment from guests.
When hiring a Zero Proof Mocktails Cash Bar, we will determine a minimum sales amount (MSA) based on the length of event, number of guests, and drinks chosen. This means that if your guests purchase enough drinks to cover the MSA, then there is no cost to you (the host). If guests do not purchase enough drinks to meet the MSA, you must pay the difference. The deposit for this option is 50% of the MSA. This deposit goes toward paying the difference, and any remainder is refunded to you.
PROS - You benefit from the tone set by having a bar and bartenders, at likely no cost to you!
CONS - Depending on the event, charging guests for drinks might be socially awkward. If guests don't meet the MSA, you must pay the difference.
TIPS AND GRATUITY
A 15% gratuity will be charged for Open Bar catered events. For Cash Bar events we will place tip jars in order to help pay our bartenders. Events that require additional servers will be charged accordingly.
